Cancellation Policy
Late Arrivals:
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled.
Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 25 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 25 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the reserved service total.
Deposits are applied only toward the service originally booked and cannot be transferred to another service or appointment.
*Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments.
